We realize dental plans are not always easily accessible. Employers may have cut back on dental benefits and what was once the standard is now considered a luxury. Families may find themselves in circumstances where dental care is not affordable. We know this can be trying and we’re here to help by offering a dental plan that provides exceptional dental care at an affordable price.

Estrella Mountain Dentistry is pleased to offer a plan which provides exceptional dental care at an affordable price. At Estrella Mountain Dental we know that regular cleanings and exams are the most effective way to reduce the cost of dental care. Our goal is to provide our patients with exceptional dental service at an affordable cost. The cost of maintaing a healthy tooth is far less than fixing one that has broken down!

Annual Membership Fee:

$149 - per family per year

Annual Membership Fee:

$99 - per individual per year

Co-Pay for Exam & Hygiene Maintenance:

$25 - per patient per visit
(Normally $180, save $750 yearly!)

20% Discount for other dentistry including cosmetics, orthodontics, dental implants. No limitation or restrictions.

The Estrella Mountain Dental Plan is designed for families or individuals who may not have access to affordable dental care. Patients who take advantage of the Estrella Mountain Dental Plan are more likely to keep up with routine cleanings due to the low cost of each visit.

Note:
Annual Membership includes all fees for examinations, x-rays and supplies. Hygiene maintenance includes two visits per patient in each 12 month period (in the absence of periodontal disease). In the presence of periodontal disease, a periodontal maintenance fee may be applicable. All of this is included with the small patient co-pay each visit. All other restorative, preventative, and/or cosmetic procedures performed by the doctor will be provided at the discounted rate.
